Cost Rica for They Draw & Travel

This is a map I drew for They Draw & Travel . Its is of where I went in Costa Rica. I am happy with the colors and like the washed out look.

This is my example of an Oxen cart wheel. They are traditional in Costa Rica. I placed part of the design in the upper corner of the map. I painted only one sliver of this pattern wheel , scanned it, then repeated it digitally. Its not very perfect, but I like it.

Halloween now

These are two new finished card designs for Great Arrow. They are now being printed as prototypes, I can't wait to see them as finished screen printed cards. So exciting!

Just for fun: map boxes

I got a few little trinkets for friends from my Costa Rica trip. I folded some boxes out of Costa Rican maps I collected to put the souvenirs in. This January I went on a winter vacation to Costa Rica, I want to go back. Costa Rica is so Beautiful! I stayed in Manuel Antonio, on the Pacific cost.

White face monkeys are all over the beach in the National park. They steal your food! For real, they raid your bag and stuff while you swim.
